These boards have been provided by the Charlie Dallas Lancaster Foundation, giving details of charities that can help anyone who is struggling with their mental health - including a QR code to their own page.

This year, our Head of People & Culture - AJ (Annabel) Waller, plans to support their largest annual event “A Mile a Life”, which runs in May, and we hope to rally some troops to join her! The foundation encourages participants to attempt to cover miles for each death lost to suicide in the preceding year, ending with participants coming together in York to walk the final miles of the challenge - https://lnkd.in/ex8fDS4F
